At Witchy Worx, we want you to love every item you receive, However please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours to your original payment method.
