Ground Herbal Mix

A herbal blend crafted to anchor your energy, regulate your nervous system and bring you back into the present.

Each tin contains a curated mix of ginkgo leaf, patchouli, vetiver, clove, thyme, pine, juniper and skullcap. Every herb has been chosen for its connection to grounding, stability, protection and nervous system support. Each herb is individually consecrated and spoken over in prayer before being blended.

This blend can be used in grounding rituals, after intense spiritual work, during overwhelm, add to baths or foot soaks, burn as loose incense, carry in a sachet or add to dollys. Use whenever you need to come back to centre and feel stable again.

HERBAL CORRESPONDENCES

Ginkgo Leaf - Enhances mental clarity while supporting balance between mind and body. Helps bring scattered energy back into focus.

Patchouli - Deeply grounding and centering. Connects you to the physical world and stabilises emotions.

Vetiver - A heavy, anchoring root used for deep grounding, protection and calming the nervous system.

Clove - Strengthens personal energy and creates a protective barrier while keeping you present and alert.

Thyme - Cleansing and strengthening. Supports courage and helps stabilise emotional energy.

Pine - Purifying and protective. Clears stagnant energy while reconnecting you to natural grounding forces.

Juniper - Cleanses and protects while helping anchor your energy into your body and surroundings.

Skullcap - Soothes the nervous system and quiets mental overwhelm. Supports relaxation and emotional regulation.
