Home Protection Salt

This product is spelled under planetary & lunar energy.

A protective household salt blend created for cleansing, warding and strengthening the energetic boundaries of your home. This blend combines traditional protective herbs, resins, aromatic ingredients and planetary oils. It has a beautiful herbal, resinous aroma from camphor, frankincense and lavender, making it just as lovely to work with as it is practical.

Each batch is consecrated throughout the Crafting process. The herbs are individually blessed before being blended, Saturn and the Moon is called forth during ritual and the completed mixture is spoken over in prayer with the intention of protection, cleansing and creating strong boundaries around the home.

Salt
Traditionally used for purification, cleansing, protection and absorbing unwanted energy. Salt also creates a strong foundation for wards and protective boundaries.

Rue
A powerful protective herb traditionally associated with warding, uncrossing, cleansing and repelling harmful influences.

Angelica Root
Used for spiritual protection, blessing, purification and creating a protective presence around the home.

Lavender
Brings peace, purification and protection while helping create a calm and harmonious atmosphere.

Lemon
Associated with cleansing, purification, freshness and removing stagnant energy from a space.

Nettle
Traditionally used for protection, boundary work and defence against unwanted energy.

Hyssop
A classic purification herb traditionally used for cleansing, spiritual washing and removing unwanted influences.

Bay Leaf
Associated with protection, blessing, purification, success and strengthening magical intentions.

Camphor Essential Oil
Traditionally used in household cleansing and protection work, particularly for clearing heavy or unwanted energy.

Frankincense Essential Oil
A sacred resin associated with purification, blessing, spiritual protection and consecration.

Lavender Essential Oil
Adds another layer of cleansing, peace and protection while giving the blend its soft herbal aroma.

Saturn Oil
Added for Saturn’s connection to boundaries, restriction, defence, structure and creating strong energetic limits around your space.

Moon Oil
Added for the Moon’s connection to the home, intuition, emotional security and protection of your personal space.

Ways to use your Home Protection Salt

Add to water wards or protection bowls to strengthen their protective intention.

Pour the salt into a fire safe bowl or dish and place a black or white candle securely over or within it during protection work.

Sprinkle a small amount beneath your front door mat to create a protective boundary at the entrance of your home.

Place along windowsills or near external doors where you want to reinforce the energetic boundaries of your space.

Add a small amount to your floor wash when spiritually cleansing and protecting your home.

Place a small bowl near the front entrance, altar or other significant area of the home as a simple household ward.

Use it around the outside of a protection candle or in a spell jar to create a protective boundary during ritual work.

You can also incorporate it into your own cleansing, warding and household protection practices wherever salt is appropriate.

Please note: Our Home Protection Salt tins are filled by volume, not weight. Each tin has a 100 mL capacity and is filled generously right to the top. Tins are 80mm in size.
