These Meditate Bath Salts are made to slow everything down and bring you back into yourself. Hand blended and spelled under lunar and planetary timing, each packet is designed to support stillness, clarity, and deeper connection.
The base is pure Epsom salt, infused with Clary Sage, Frankincense and Bergamot to calm the mind and lift your energy just enough to meet yourself in the middle. Then layered with botanicals like Blue Lotus, Jasmine, Mugwort, Gotu Kola, and Sacred Lotus… herbs that have been used for centuries to open intuition, support dream states and gently pull you inward.
This is the soak you reach for when your mind feels loud, when you need answers but don’t want to force them, or when you’re sitting down to journal, meditate, or do any kind of spiritual work. It’s not about escaping, it’s about coming back to yourself.
